Immersive Launch Experience in Leake St. Tunnel
Leake St. Tunnel, London
When Experiential Marketing agency Sketch approached us with a unique challenge for their client JBL, we knew it had to be something special and truly immersive.
The goal? A striking visual experience to launch the JBL FLIP 7, the brand’s latest flagship portable speaker. And what better location than London’s legendary Leake St. Tunnel—an iconic hub for graffiti culture?
After rounds of creative development, we landed on a concept that would not only showcase the energy of JBL but also build anticipation for the grand reveal. Instead of painting the speaker directly onto the mural, we designed a custom wooden cutout—detached from the artwork and hidden until the perfect reveal moment. This interactive element added a theatrical twist that the client loved.
To elevate the experience further, we integrated an augmented reality (AR) layer into the mural allowing visitors to engage with the piece in an entirely new way. Visitors could scan the artwork to unlock dynamic digital elements, turning the static artwork into an evolving, immersive experience.
The result? A launch event that wasn’t just a showcase but a multisensorial experience—seamlessly blending street art, technology, and product storytelling to bring the JBL FLIP 7 to life.
